1. St. Stephen’s Basilica – Heart of Catholic Worship in Budapest

📍 Address: 1051 Budapest, Szent István tér 1 (5th district)🌐 Website: St. Stephen’s Basilica – Liturgical Events

  • Sunday Mass (in English): 4:00 PM (Main Church)

  • Holy Days of Obligation: 4:00 PM

  • Weekday Masses (Mon, Wed, Fri): 6:00 PM in Mary’s Chapel(Entrance is on the side of the Basilica)

St. Stephen’s Basilica is not only a spiritual hub, but also one of the city's architectural gems. The weekday Masses take place in the more intimate setting of Mary’s Chapel.


2. InnerCity Church (Belvárosi Templom)

📍 Address: 1056 Budapest, Március 15. tér (5th district)

  • Sunday Mass: 6:00 PM

  • Eucharistic Adoration: 24-hour Adoration Chapel is open daily

Located near the Danube, this church offers a peaceful atmosphere and continuous Eucharistic adoration. It’s a great place for quiet prayer anytime during the day or night.


3. Sacred Heart Chapel in Buda

📍 Address: 1021 Budapest, Tárogató út 77 (2nd district)

  • Sunday Mass: 10:30 AM

This warm and active community also offers catechesis for First Holy Communion, Confirmation, and Marriage preparation. Whether you’re deepening your faith or just starting out, you’re welcome here.
